Price Check - Midway Cabinet converted to Golden Tee

I've been chatting with this seller for a couple days now.

Game comes with a couple versions of Golden Tee.  He said it was formerly an NBA Jam Tournament Edition because there's a sticker on the inside of the cab and it's painted over in green.

What are the odds that the original vinyl side art is still there?

As a side note, he already sold the blue cab, which he said was a Simpsons cab converted to MK.  Looks like a nice Defender too but I have not seen these in person yet.

Seller said he was not on Village BBS yet but may at some point.

Thoughts on this cab?  Price?

Thoughts on this cab?  Price? i wouldn't grab this for free. but honestly, a converted golden tee 2005 can't be worth more than 250 bucks...
